Your exact words: "Yes. He will definitely be there. We enjoy small jobs." Ok. So I waited until 7 pm. That is a full two hours after our appointment (your third missed appointment). I will be calling another service. And I will screen shot this conversation in a Google Review attached to your business web page. After that, I will publish it on my Facebook page where 2000 of my friends will read it. You can't be so dismissive of people's valuable time and not have a PR consequence attached. If I can spare anyone else this inconvenience and unprofessionalism, then I will. Unfortunately for you, Action Building Services, I know a lot of people. Thank you.

I am sorry for whatever issue you are having on your end, but we do not have your money and have already admitted we were in the wrong about your particular situation. UPDATE could it get worse....after agreeing to refund me, they lied to me twice about sending refund and to this day have never refunded my deposit for Any work. My credit card company is going after them , so to remain factual where they posted on their other account Action Builders of Spartanburg, that they refunded my money is a lie. Dont do Buisness with someone who says they will do things and dont. I have contract, receipts etc...Oh well. be careful. Entered into a contract in second week of December with this company, project never started after multiple calls, could never get anyone to return my calls to understand what was going on. Paid a large deposit, and in February finally got a hold of Derick one of the owners. He assured me my contract had been lost and he would make it right, start the project, And update me within a week on the progress and repot repeatedly apologized for the poor service. After 2 weeks nothing again no start to the project no one returning my calls and my deposit paid for several months. Horrible follow through and terrible communication. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere with my horrible experience. Completely dissatisfied

As a woman I always feel like contractor will try and take advantage of me. Action Building Services didn't make me feel that way at all. They were nice and polite and answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend them.

I would add more stars if possible...your crew helped us with a set up and tear down project for our booth last week at TD convention center. Y'all were able to do the job in record time and with were very efficient and professional. Thank you so much , I will recommend your company to all my friends in the future with their building and construction jobs!

I called Action Building Services for a few projects related to my kitchen countertop installation. I spoke to them on a Friday and scheduled a time to get a quote on the following Tuesday. I sent a text message on Tuesday to confirm and never heard back. I had to leave work 1.5 hours early to meet them at the house and no one ever showed up or called to let me know they weren't coming.
